Whether you already know the hotel/cruise or need help narrowing down — Many clients come to me because they are busy, overwhelmed by options, or want a curated experience. I learn your needs and give personalized recommendations.

On top of that, through my host agency, Fora, I get you access to the top rewards, even if you don’t have status yourself (you can still include rewards numbers to earn). Travel advisors are prioritized over credit card portals. This leads to better treatment, upgrades, and amenities. Save those points for flights!

Logistics

Beyond hotels, I help with transfers, tours, events, and itineraries. From first ideas to final details, I make your trip seamless.

Free! Commission-based from hotels, but you pay the same (or better!) booking through me, but with above add-ons when available.

Best for: Travelers who want hotel and transfer help, but plan most of their trip themselves.

Includes:

Personalized hotel recommendations & booking (partner properties)
Price checks before booking
Rebooking if price drops (on eligible bookings)
Private transfer arrangements with trusted partners
Premium economy (or higher) international flights

Tier 2: Essentials+

Fees start at $20 per day. Inquire for a custom quote.

Best for: Travelers who want some planning support and flexibility, and want vetted recommendations without full customization.

Includes:

Everything from Essentials
Tour booking with trusted partners
Transfer coordination with any provider (not just partners)
Daily route guidance / light itinerary suggestions
Restaurant recs or brief activity suggestions (not bookings)

Tier 3: White Glove

Fees start at $40 per day. Inquire for a custom quote.

Best for: Travelers seeking full-service planning, concierge-level details, or off-the-beaten-path experiences.

Includes:

Everything from Essentials+
Fully customized itinerary
Tour, transport, and activity timing coordination
Restaurant booking & special dining arrangements (at higher pricing tiers)
Unique ticket sourcing (Broadway, sporting events, museum access, etc.)

Last-minute itinerary trips are subject to a 10-20% service fee if within 1-2 months.
